I provide a gentle, nurturing and trauma-informed approach to coaching, creating a safe space for clients to explore issues and heal pain and traumas as well as create intentional plans for thriving in their lives.
My approach is person-centered, embodiment oriented & mindfulness based. This means I will teach you about how to regulate, calm and soothe emotional states using, breath, body and knowledge about your nervous system.
I have a history of supporting people in recovery from trauma, CPTSD, low self esteem and relationship issues and use somatic and polyvagal informed yoga teachings along with meditation, cognitive and coaching tools. Strategies are mapped to your needs and what supports and nourishes you most. Sessions include some gentle movement practices at times.
