In one-to-one sessions we tailor the postures and practices to your physical and emotional needs. For example if you are dealing with specific postural pain we can tailor sequences and postures to help you relieve this. If you are working with emotional pain, we can create sequences and meditations to help you process them and calm the nervous system. All this is done in a deeply safe and personalised environment.
