The thing is, we often carry wounds and patterns that get in the way of actually moving forward.. hence the need for healing.
When we can remember that we are not broken, there is nothing to fix, there are just parts to bring into the light, to love and to heal, we can perhaps relax, knowing the journey is one of an entire lifetime, no need to rush through today to a destination that doesn’t even exist.
There’s always more to do to become a fully integrated, mature and 'whole' human. Relax and enjoy the ride as best you can. #embodiedliving
